Founder‘I’ve spent over 20 years helping organisations transform and thrive, with more than a decade working on exciting major projects and digital change programmes. My journey has taken me from the buzz of retail and entertainment to the fast-paced worlds of insurance, pharmaceuticals, travel, automotive, and manufacturing, both in the UK and internationally.
What I love most is bringing people together—whether it’s guiding teams through digital shifts or supporting business change, I believe collaboration is key to getting great results. I specialise in setting up strong PMO and governance frameworks, making sure projects run smoothly and everyone feels involved from start to finish. My approach is hands-on and practical, always aiming for positive, lasting change and making sure best practices stick for the long term.
